Lenny Stein, DC, is a leader in the field of chiropractic sports medicine.

Lenny brings 30 years experience to his practice that specializes in treating complex sports injuries and helping elite athletes achieve the highest levels of performance.
He brings 18 years experience as the Golden State Warriors Chiropractor from 1991-1997 and 2002 through 2012 to his understanding of sports medicine and athletes. He has treated Stephen Curry, Monta Ellis, Baron Davis, Chris Mullin, Mitch Richmond, Jason Richardson, David Lee, Mike Dunleavy and numerous players throughout the NBA.
He has been the Chiropractic Physician for the San Francisco Ballet for 30 years since 1988 and has toured with the company to many venues including Barcelona, London, Beijing and Paris. He has worked with many dance companies including Lines Contemporary Ballet, Smuin Ballet, ODC and the SF Conservatory of Dance and is considered a leading expert in the field of dance medicine and working with performing artists.
He is sought out by elite athletes in numerous sports ranging from track and field to tennis and worked with many notable athletes including Andre Agassi, Andy Roddick, Andy Murray, Martina Navratilova, Johnny Moseley, Brian Boitano and American record holder and Olympian Shannon Rowbury. He has worked at the US National Track and Field Championships, the US Olympic Trials in 2004, 2008 and 2012 and at the Beijing and London Olympics and lectured extensively in the field of sports medicine.
Prior to his sports medicine career, Lenny earned both a business and law degree and practiced for several years as an attorney focusing on public interest law and consumer rights.

Our services include the treatment of complex spine injuries and those of the upper and lower extremity. We work with many hip, knee, foot and ankle issues often encountered by athletes including sprains, tendinitis and gait imbalances. We specialize in the treatment of injuries in dance, basketball, track, distance running and skiing.
In addition, we are experienced in caring for and resolving injuries to the shoulder, elbow and wrist arising from many sports, including tennis, weightlifting and swimming.
